Established in 2007, Shivdhan is the foundation of all associated ventures. The company started with land trading, development, subcontracting, construction, and agriculture. Expanding globally, it launched RAA Trading Company in Dubai and the USA. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the founder shifted the company’s direction with a renewed vision: to contribute to India’s growth and promote its native resources.

Inspired by a passion for indigenous values—especially the revered Gir Gaay—Shivdhan entered the organic and dairy sectors. The aim is to deliver high-quality, chemical-free dairy products, cold-pressed oils, spices, and naturally grown fruits and vegetables, all aligned with the “Make in India” movement.

2007-2013

Shivdhan Group began its journey with Rudra Buildcon, focusing on land buying, selling, and real estate development. The company quickly established itself in Gujarat through construction and subcontracting projects.

2013-2017

With a growing desire to give back, the founder launched Dharmkishor to support his native Bhal Panthak region. The initiative focused on education, mass weddings, old age homes, hospitals, and widow support.

2017-2021

Aashray Foundation was formed with friends to support Ambaji pilgrims. What began with tents and snacks evolved into a 300-meter camp offering food, massage, medical aid, and cultural programs to over 25,000 people.

2021-2025

Driven by love for the indigenous Gir Gaay and a desire to promote wellness, RAA Brothers Organic was launched. The venture focuses on cold-pressed oils, organic vegetables, fruits, and spices.Built on the Make in India vision.

DHARMKISHOR

Dharmkishor, son of Dharmendra Baa and Kishorsinh, hails from the village of Dholera in the Bhal Panthak region. Deeply connected to his heritage, he has focused on giving back to his native villages through various charitable efforts—supporting education, facilitating mass weddings (samuh lagna), building old age homes and hospitals, and providing assistance to widows. The organization also actively supports animal welfare in the region, particularly through panjrapole shelters for stray and aged cattle.

AASHRAY FOUNDATION

Since the early 2000s, Aashray Foundation has supported thousands of pilgrims walking to Ambaji Mandir. What began as a simple gesture by five friends—offering snacks, tents, and rest—has now grown into a large-scale, week-long seva camp spanning 300 meters at Raksha Shakti Circle, Ahmedabad. Over 25,000 people benefit annually from services such as food, massages, first aid, and cultural programs during the pilgrimage.
True to its name, Ashray acts as a ‘Sahara’ (shelter) for those who have none—turning friendship and empathy into real-world impact through consistent and collaborative efforts.

RAA Brothers is Shivdhan Group’s wellness and organic lifestyle venture. Known for its authentic *A2 Gir Ghee*, RAA Brothers is deeply rooted in promoting health through purity. The brand sources directly from the heart of Gir, ensuring that every product meets traditional standards of nourishment and quality.
Beyond ghee, RAA Brothers is expanding its portfolio with a range of chemical-free, ethically-sourced organic products—catering to a new generation that seeks mindful consumption and a return to nature.
